I loved that it was fairly clean and quirky, the staff were gentle and rooms were brand-new. Lots of food at continental breakfast including muffins and croissants to order. It made my trip to San Francisco a lovely experience.

The venue's position was very central. The fact that Powell Street subway station was some 15 minutes away was a plus.

Overall, it's fantastic base for exploring San Francisco attractions. The setting is unbeatable and favourable, very close to Union Square, trolley line and Chinatown and Union Square.

The hotel was a nice size, and the meals were fresh, I loved the picturesque location next to the cable car runs. Airy units with two queen beds. All of the staff was really kind and funny.

It was tidy, staff were very professional. Close to a trolley bus stop, within walking distance of a mall and a market. Efficient check-in, fast check-out. I had a terrific experience.
Wi-Fi was off, made me a little nervous.

Central location, terrific service and tasty breakfast choices. It was tidy, good enough for a short break. Beds were great here. The venue was centrally set in a peaceful area. Tidy white beach, that was what we appreciated. Had simple check-in experience and the staff was professional.

The weather was pleasant, had best stay. The hotel was upscale and affordable, and the staff were delightful, liked the top location so close to Union Square, tourist attraction, Chinatown. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown San Francisco district.

Understanding staff, clean good sized bedrooms. Breakfast was savoury, including cereals, fresh bread, fruit, pastries and cakes. Beachfront location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a modern art museum.

Freshly cooked breakfast, very clean pool, very suitable location. I loved the place, especially my queen room. Incredible bed for sleeping. I asked for extra towels too.
Facilities were superior, even so internet connection was terrible.

totally wonderful experience. pretty quiet spotless hotel and stuff was accommodating. comfy location - 15 mins walk from a bus station. more than clean rooms where very tidy, and the beds were super. i loved the friendly service here.

Everything was perfectly fine and enjoyed my stay there. Very nice clean and absolutely perfect room. Service was really extraordinary, that made the hotel EXCELLENT VALUE place. Besides, the area was shopping, next to chinatown.

i loved its beautiful building. the frontdesk staff were more than helpful here. the hotel had a five star location, the room was very fine and fashioned. continental breakfast with lots of options.
